Please read all policies and guidelines below before making a reservation. John Ascuaga's Nugget cannot be held responsible for any charges incurred from the failure to read our policies and guidelines prior to making a reservation.

Room Reservation Policies and Guidelines:

Reservations must be made 24 hours in advance.
There is a 48-hour cancellation policy. You will receive a full refund of your pre-paid first night.
Multiple room reservations need to have different names, which accurately reflect the name of the room occupant.
Rates are based on double occupancy. There is a $10.99 charge for additional adults.
By making a reservation, a room accommodation is secured; however, bed types are not guaranteed.
Check-in time is after 3:00pm, Check-out is by 11:00am.
Non-service animals are not allowed in rooms.
Registered occupant is responsible for all room charges.
Rooms are non-commissionable.
13.5% tax per room, per night.
$5.00 per room, per night Resort Fee. This fee includes unlimited use of our Atrium Pool, Health Club, Valet Parking, Covered Garage Parking, Airport Shuttle, and Full-service Concierge.
