    Room Reservation Policies and Guidelines:
    • Reservations must be made 24 hours in advance.
    • There is a 48-hour cancellation policy. You will receive a full refund of your pre-paid first night.
    • Multiple room reservations need to have different names, which accurately reflect the name of the room occupant.
    • Rates are based on double occupancy. There is a $10.99 charge for additional adults.
    • By making a reservation, a room accommodation is secured; however, bed types are not guaranteed.
    • Check-in time is after 3:00pm, Check-out is by 11:00am.
    • Non-service animals are not allowed in rooms.
    • Registered occupant is responsible for all room charges.
    • Rooms are non-commissionable.
    • 13.5% tax per room, per night.
    • $5.00 per room, per night Resort Fee. This fee includes unlimited use of our Atrium Pool, Health Club, Valet Parking, Covered Garage Parking, Airport Shuttle, and Full-service Concierge.
